The Queen is looking pretty good now that she's going to retire. We had a nice trip to Texada this summer to ride our quads. It was fun to explore new territory. - Margy

A retired life in Powell River, my home for over 40 years. Photos of people, events, scenery, birds, floral and whatever else happens to catch my eye between Saltery Bay and Lund. The photos will be a mix of current photos and those pulled from my ever growing archive, but all will be taken by myself. While Powell River is home, I do occasionally leave town, and that also will be reflected here.

Unfortunately I'm dealing with a few issues that require me to at least temporarily slow down on the photography and the blogging. The joys of getting old!

So I'll still post, but definitely a bit erratically.
